By using ed3d or buying from the store, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
Keep your password private and your details accurate. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.
Purchases
Prices are in US dollars and payment is handled by PayPal. Products are digital downloads, available as soon as payment completes. With an account you can download your purchases again from your orders page; without one, your download link works for 30 days.
Refunds
If you run into any issue, such as a bug, please contact the developer first using the support button at the bottom right, and allow reasonable time for the issue to be fixed before requesting a refund. If it cannot be fixed, you can ask for a refund.
No warranty
Products and site content are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost work, lost profits or other indirect damages arising from their use, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
